The Safe Music Business (SMB) initiative, led by The 100 Percenters Foundation, empowers music creators to recognize, prevent, and address abuse, promoting safer and more accountable work environments.
The Songwriter Fair Pay Initiative is a united call from U.S. songwriters, producers, artists, and allies demanding fair compensation from the recorded music industry. Inspired by the UK’s 2025 victory securing non-recoupable per diems, the coalition urges U.S. officials to ensure American songwriters receive non-recoupable pay and points on the master for their work.
